  • Conversational Intelligence, An Introduction
    “To get to the next level of greatness depends on the quality of the culture, which depends on the quality of the relationships, which depends on the quality of the conversations. Everything happens through conversation!” Judith E. Glaser, found of The CeatingWE Institute and author of “Conversational Intelligence: How Great Leaders Build Trust and Get Extraordinary Results.”

    During this learning, attendees will learn the foundations of Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) through team problem solving on scenarios tailored to the organization. They will learn about the three levels of conversation, how to adjust their styles to the receiver of the information, and how to evoke oxytocin rather than cortisol.
  • Building A Workplace of Belonging and The Six Cs of Inclusive Leadership
    The responsibility for building inclusive workplaces where employees experience equity and belonging sits with each person. Leadership can and should model the behaviors that promote and inspire inclusivity and belonging. By doing so, leaders teach and show their staff that everyone is expected to treat each other with respect.

    During this learning, attendees will learn about the 6 Cs – Commitment, Curiosity, Cognizant of Bias, Cultural Intelligence, Collaboration and Courage – and how to use mindset, insightful communication, and conversational intelligence to build inclusive workplaces.
  • The 5 Conversational Essentials for Leaders
    Great leaders cultivate productive teams by creating inclusive environments in which team members are invested and engaged. How do they do that? What are their secrets? 

    Leaders participating in this session learn how to develop trust and use the five essentials to open themselves and their team members to co-creating solutions.
  • How to Create Your Business Plan and Stay on Task
    Taking time to plan and revisiting your plans and aspirations throughout the year is imperative to growth. After the goal is established, and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-driven) goals are in place, it is time for action. Participants in this course will walk away with their own business plan, SMART goals, and actions to take for the next three months.
